i do not sleep, sometimes eat once a day, ( like a dog does) , go to gym 4 times a week, 2 times a week cardio, 1 day off,

Jacuzzi or you take your shoes and socks off and walk on the carpet and make fists with your toes. I know its from Die hard but it works hahaha.

Very beginning of the movie....Bruce is in the plain and he is nervous about flying/landing and his neighbor tells him to do the fists with toes thing....then he sees bruce's gun and he explains he is a cop. later bruce takes the advice and has no shoes on for the whole movie and his feet get all messed up.
