I've been noticing from watching Jay's videos,,,after completing a set he just glares around the entire gym, maybe he thinks Ronnie is going to show up unexpectedly?

He's probably trying to keep his mind active so he doesn't pass out after each set. That or he's looking to see who saw how much weight he was moving.

Nah, he works out in Vegas and so did Titus. He knew of Craig's penchant for sucker-punching fellow bodybuilders, so he was keeping an eye out. Now, he's more relaxed.

Most bodybuilders I know are the most paranoid mthrfkers around. Hell...when I get a call on my cell and I dont recognize the number? First thing I do is go on whitepages.com and try to reverse number check it or I have one of my buddies call the number and report back to me on who answers. I dont know why...on gear or off gear.

I know BB's who park their car blocks away from the gym instead of in the parking lot. I know of BB's who have different resident addresses and change their cell phone numbers like every 2 months.

Probably because BB's usually 9 out of 10 times owe people money or are holding money for someone or gear and that someone or some people are looking for them trying to get their gear or money back or both.

BB's always nickel/dime things...always hustling/flowing. Another thing...BB's tend to get involved with or date the wrong women who are fkn CRAZY and pull out Order of Protections on them and get stalked or they're fkn some scandolous bitch who shows up where they are and usually BB's are trying to shake a chick or 'phase one of them out' so thats probably why everything BB's do...they look over their backs. Believe me...I know.

I'd put money on mild OCD for jay. I mentioned that about a year ago when I watched his DVD and wrote a reviewe and was rediculed. He has particular mannerisms and facial ticks consistent with OCD.

Also, when you lift blazed, are you stronger or weaker, or same, as lifting clean? Do you stay longer, or same?

To be honest, I've never noticed that about Jay. He is known to shower and brush his teeth a lot during the day. I guess he has a few OCD traits. Then again, so do a lot of people. It can lead to some problems later in life though.

Jay for the most part seems pretty balanced as far as a top tier pro goes.

I have to make sure all the weights are perfect with numbers facing up and straight or something will go wrong.. My little OCD trait.. A video would not be a good idea for me to do..

Jay also never uses a full stack- he MUST leave one plate on every machine exercise he does.

And OCD lessens as you get older. Little nutty kids learn to pattern their life around their tics and set up little systems to make their checking more efficient or unnecessary (IE, car keys on the stove so they check before leaving- not turning around to drive back home and check. The tics will slow as your brain neurons fire less. And typically, as one ages, the anxiety felt over certain issues will lessen as environment changes. Some kids will twitch all day as parents fight. Then, when they're old and their folks are dead, they'll have nothing to twitch about- the stressors won't be there; or they won't affect them as much.

I noticed that when I lift blazed I can kill my legs and not get that nausious feelin also if I put on my headphones I can drown out more of that "Golds Gym Wilmington NC I am a fckin hardass cause I know Mike Valentino" shit that is always going on at my gym

He just looks around blank stare like Ronnie and every bodybuilder that trains in a public gym, people stare and it's human nature to identify them,and be aware of your surroundings,plus whats he going to do stare at the weight the whole time?
That's why bodybuilders train gym to gym when they do 2 a days they get tired of people jaw dropping them googgling them, gets old and then you get de-cncentrated when you go to the same place and have the same surroundings. Lifting weights is like OCD how many people do you know that plan meals,plan sleep, plan everything to a tee,plan the next week next workout....bodybuilders are not average or normal, I think we know this
