Of course there has been testimony. Preliminary hearing. The hearing is given to an accused which is held by a judge, to ascertain whether there is evidence to warrant the binding over of the accused on the felony charge to the circuit court for further proceedings.

I've met plenty...none have been anything but friendly and cordial. The true idiots never make it out of their basements and to this day not one of the shit talkers have ever approached any of us.

At least give it a try if you're both to attend the same show. Most people have found that their preconcieved notions about other people fall together once they meet in real life. Maybe "Jack" and "Shit" will find the tone after all.
