Ruhl's not a synthol man. He didn't screw himself up. Since he started to win contests he looks the same. Just bigger and bigger and bigger.

i think ruhl is one of the most underated guys out there.  it seems that he doesnt get enough credit or respect.  he is one of the biggest, if not the biggest guy and usually shows up in great condition.  no one else can show up with his mass and condition (except ronnie and that is why he is mr. o).  sure, he could improve some aspects of his physique (triceps, ham and back detail) but it seems for the most part he is underrated.

Agreed, he has continued to improve year after year then was off at the last Mr O and suddenly no ne thinks he's a big name anymore.
Ruhl is the epitomie of one side of the bodybuilding coic, the MASS side.  You have to give him respect for pushing the limits.

is it genetics that his tris are lagging?  every picture I see of him...bam freakin huge peaking bicep,,,but where's his tri's?
