he was doing biceps and then cardio. talked to him for a couple minutes about upcoming contests and his cardio(you gotta see this behemouth on the step machine ;D) that he is doing 45 minutes in the morning and 30 for now at night. hes vascular now and this guy is damn big(cept for just below the knees :-X)

Are you saying that you were expecting his package to hang below his knees because he is a black man, but you came away dissapointed when you learned that this wasn`t true?

premier fitness, hallandale. i didnt get to talk that much to him but ill see him at the southern states and he will know of getbig then, unless shawn has warned him ;D.

unlike adonis i dont take the camera with me to the gym, i go to train and willmore happened to be there. he trains at like 3 gyms in the area. i will have camera in hand at the souther states that he is one of the guest posers at(along with some figure chick, gustavo, gunter and darrem). pics to come.
