I think it's the battle for the O 98..Paul looks unreal, hard as a rock. Quads are feathered, hams and calves are awsome. I think he would have been right up there but I think he dropped out for some reason. I swear that is footage of one of the freakiest guys I've ever seen. There is a scene where Rico McClinton is doing his set and Paul is resting and he looks unbelievable. Only thing that's a downer is he sucks on a towel while training in the begining...just kinda gross. He actually trains pretty hard in this one...he's doing some kind of shoulder press machine and he's doing 4 45lbs plates a side.
