Are you crazy? I still do 225 for 8-10 when I am dieted with no problems

When I was my strongest this past winter I was a little over 140, I compete at about 120. At this point I am just trying to stay healthy and not injure myself so I don't push it on legs but give me about 2-3 months and I will have my leg workout videotaped. Not sure how much bigger my legs really need to get for next year so my workouts won't be like that every week but I will put something together so we can get over this nonense. Why would I lie? Who really cares, I wasn't even the one to bring it up.
