then what are her other lifts? does she dead and bench 3 plates too?
Legs is the only muscle group I have ever formally trained with her and that was only a handfull of times. Reason why has to do w/ schedule and most of my usual training partners are typical pussies who make up every excuse known to mankind about whyt hey cannot train legs that day so TheBEAST and I would hook up to train...plus she can keep up w/ me...or I can keep up w/ her.
I was in the gym once while she trained shoulders and spotted her w/ 50lb dumbbells for seated dumbbell presses for 8. I thought she should have grabbed the 60's but she didnt. I saw her doing lateral raises w/ 30's for maybe 10 or 12.
BACK...she claims she can do pull-ups w/ a quater on a dip-belt on her for 10. I did see her do stiff-leg deads for hamstrings w/ 275 for 8 or so. Thats why she has that 'handle'...she says she is a BEAST in the gym.
