There is a female trainer at the 24 hr fitness I train at who is about 140 pounds, great body, muscular legs but very lean and sexy, very low body fat, and she was doing leg presses with "6" 45 pound plates on each side. I looked at her and said, pretty impressive, she looked over at me and said, it's only blood. So my point is, the BEAST could and probably did do those lfts she said. It's just blood.
