Im just calling what I see. I will be happy when she revises her posts with her real poundages of weights SHE can actually do.   I`m robbing her of her fantasy of being "The Beast".  She stated that she created this name because of her lifting power.   ::)

Get your facts straight, I didn't make up my nickname because of my strength.  It originated in high school when a competitor on a different track team told her coach she did not want to run the 100 M because "The Beast" (me) was in her heat.  Her coach told mine, he told me-my strength in the gym reinforces the name but did not supply it.

Looks like "The Delusion" is more fitting....Don`t let us forget, she does have a chance to prove her 315 claim fairly and the potential to earn some quick money for something that she supposedly does all the time.

Again get your facts straight.  I've stated numerous times that I was 140 when I did this, I am now been dieting for 5 months and am down to 120.  I have been competing since mid-May and don't lift 'heavy' because I am depleted and I don't want to injure myself.  Currently the most I will squat is 225 for 6-8 but I have even started to cut back a little on that because my legs are big enough THIS year and I just need to maintain at this point.  In about 2 months when I am finished competing and have given my body a little time to recover I WILL videotape a workout.  I don't plan on ever lifting that heavy without a belt-I am no idiot and don't need a bad back.  Also for everyones information I did wear knee straps when I lifted that and I NEVER said I do it all the time, I have done those lifts twice in my whole entire life.

Somebody needs to tell her she can`t do the weight before she hurts herself.  Something tells me people were staring at her at the gym in disbelief for the simple fact that they were like WTF!!! she is pretending to lift heavy weights again.  Reminds me of the time I saw this one dude put 405 on the bench,slamming the weights on the bar, grunting and stretching.........Then he leaves for the bathroom.....He emerges later at 1 minute to closing time.  Then he comes back the next day and says, "Dude, I had 405 on the bar yesterday for bench. Shit was heavy but I got it."

Same scenario, just different people is all.

Your right I am a moron  ::) I have been lifting since high school, I was on the men's wrestling team for goodness sake.  I have always been a strong girl, I hold the 55 M, 100 M and triple jumps records at my high school, I got a scholarship to run track and guess what-we lifted there too.  You remind me of an arrogant a$$hole, get over it I am strong.

I have considered doing a powerlifting contest, ask Blockhead he talked me out of it.  I've also checked what they lift and it is more then me.  I am not 132 doing these lifts I am 140 or over.

All those pictures are of me last year-I am just a little bit bigger this year.

My other lifts...what do you want to know.  I have only ever maxed out on squatting so my other numbers are for sets of 8 generally.
I don't flat bench so it is hard for me to tell you what that is, I would guess around 145-160 depending on if I was depleted or not.  My biceps are pretty strong, I barbell curl 55-65.  Deadlifts-I need to bring this lift up as I just started doing them this year, I rep 225 but struggle near the end.  When I am in the off-season I expect this lift to improve.  I warm up back day with 3-4 sets of 8-12 pull-ups normally using a v-bar which is easier then wide-grip but more helpful for my physique.  Dips, no I have never done weighted dips I just do them normally.  

When I first started my blog I use to track my lifts so if you are really interested you can actually find copies of my workouts there.

No, I was probably under the first time-it is easier for me to estimate women then men and he never had it checked.  I'm guessing I underestimated because I didn't take into account he holds most of his fat in his legs/butt, he has a large butt, but he always had an eight pack regardless of his weight so I assumed he was lower then he probably actually was.  He is naturally very lean with great genetics...why is that so hard to believe.

I'm sorry I am not following this logic.  For one some of what he lost was probably water eight because he watches his diet more now but I'm sure that when dropping weight you may lose muscle along with fat and not sure how you figured he is negative.

Its hard to believe a 315 squat from you becasue your small weighing 140 at your offseason which is light. 315 is heavy for man or women. So if you prove these lifts we will eat our hats

Even if he was 6 percent in that picture at 190 it would have clearly shown through his clothes.....His yellow shirt is tight on him and he still comes off looking like he doesn`t go to the gym.

I get it though.  You wear the cheap tight polyester clothes, not him.

You just owned yourself again.....If you had 5 inch heels on, that would make you 5`8.   That would be 2 inches shorter than the 5`10 claim of your boyfriend.  Clearly there is more than a 2 inch difference in that picture.....Are you 5`1 or are you just overcompensating for your boyfriend.

i believe it is possible that she can lift that i have seen women lift that much before.I just find it hilarious how insecure alexxx and adonis are boys get of the computer and hit the gym instead of putting everyone else down.Also i have a question for Adonis considering you claim you are natural and an expert on training i am just curious how did you develop gyno while being natural.
