I realized the only dairy I really ever have now is cottage cheese. Do any of you make sure you take in some skim milk or yogurt in your diets?
it depends.....during the off / bulking season i'll be sure to take it plenty of dairy products for the extra protein...i love skim milk, krogers carb masters yogurt (only 3g sugar and 12g pro)...still cant stand cottage chese though, i use a casein shake before bed to avoid that nasty ass cottage cheese

during the contest prep period however all dairy is cut out at about 10-12 weeks OUT...i love milk but 8oz has 11-12 grams of sugar, which is a definite no-no during ripping up!
