Flavio - when I saw him compete - always had a good routine, Italian music - and enjoyed the bodybuilding stage. And since he was the smallest pro bodybuilders out there (until Derik Farnsworth came along), seeing Flavio against Gunter and other tall competitors was always interest in the various physiques out there.

Farnsworth is bigger than Flavio Ron. 

He's 5' 2" 170lbs while Flavio is 4' 10" 145lbs.

I had dinner with him, Pete G and Wayne before the 2000 Olympia.  He came over and ate with us after Pete insisted.  Nice little guy

Pound for pound how strong is he?  I can imagine he must be able to move alot of weight compared to how much he weighs..

Damn i wish i had a scanner...i JUST found a picture of myself with him at the 2000 Master's  Olympia...i'm 6'1" and he was...well, just a little one i guess.

he was a legit 145 onstage. He doesnt need disability, he is loaded through personal training and stocks.

I have seen a few shows he was in and you can see he really enjoys being on stage. Of course best is the 92 O (I believe) when he and Louie were together...

Flavio owned him!
