Big Ron again..

Abs/midsection:

no one has a better midsection than our own Shawn Ray.

Quads:

these are the freakiest I have ever seen..but they never saw a stage.

Ronnie's quads in 99 had a great overall look:

and of course, Tom Platz set the standard. hard to say.

Calves:

Dorian Yates.

glutes and hams:

the guy in the middle is hard to beat in this area

from the back, and from the side:
