I want to say that I appreciate Rimbaud for taking the initiative to getting some good monitors on here (He and Arnold)
This board is going in a good direction now and the last week has been great.

i havent seen any assclown comments which is great.

Arnold Jr and Rimbaud are awesome and know how to keep things on task in a diplomatic way WITHOUT INSULTING EVERYONE. That is what being a leader is all about: possessing the ability to regulate without losing your cool or insulting folks. That speaks volumes. leaders who conduct themselves in this manner rarely have to raise their voice because they are respected by everyone (and liked)  Leaders who consistently lose their cool and insult people end up shooting themselves in the foot because they lose everyones respect. in the case with DIV, this is exactly what happened. People were tired of his attitude and were harassing him out of rebellion. I know DIV is a good guy, but his leadership skills were not very sharp.

I was going to say the same thing about this board... Notice alexx, danielson, and sarcasm have not been in here either. So as long as you and Zeek are cool, we will have no problems in here..

Actually, I know nothing (or very very little) in this arena and rarely pop over to this forum, BUT some of the responses I had seen lately were pretty scary  ::)

Rim has always been cool no matter what the topic is. He may not wanted to answer some but at least he did. So thanks.

As far as Arnold he has helped me with some of my crap off the board so thanks to him too.

these guys dont have to answer the stupid shit But they do So thanks to you both.Nice to have you guys
