315...no. But it IS 225, no wraps and no spotter. It hardly appears to be crushing her, and with a spotter I bet she could get a rep or two with 275.

I've seen that done by women Pauline's size in person. Too bad you don't have much gym experience, Jezebelle. If you see it on video you're likely to claim the video is "doctored" because you can't do it. Sippin' on Haterade. :P

TA and Jez are you jealous bc shes a true competitor, and actually is a part of the sport, where are you are a cyber "bodybiolding fan" that lives off of cyber competitions, and etc? haha "I am mrgetbig" ...but i never entered a show.

What i find interesting, is how you claim your natural, yet you never enter a natural show? I think you used something to get from your once chubb state to a leaner version of yourself. thus, saying your natural bc you might of just experimented. I bet im right.  8)  Not that there is anything wrong with that...just my thoughts..

Also, Jez, How can you even say a peep to her, she blows you out of the water in every aspect. True story.

1) You don't get to define what she is.  If she wants to be a powerlifter, that's her prerogative.  She can do as many things in HER life as she wants.

2) You've confused your own argument.  On the one hand, you claim that she can't squat 315 for more than 1 rep, but then you claim that doing so is the reason her back needs work.

 I'm telling all of you little heethens now...she can do it. I was there I seen it i loaded the bar for her.

 She used a belt and knee wraps but it wasnt 315...it was 325lbs. I slid a 5 on each end without her knowing. She hit it for 3 reps...

 She's little...she isnt exactly BIG but she is genetically/freakishly strong for a girl. Cybex leg press...9 plates a side for 10.

 I posted a bunch of other stats of her in other bodyparts I seen her train...but some punk fcukhole moderator deleted all of it for some reason.

 She's in NY competing right now so thats why she's been quiet...she is competing in Vegas at the end of the month. She tells me to tell all of you sacks that after her shows are over and she gets into offseason mode...she will gladly record it and post the link.

it's called trying to do alot of weight with shitty form  there was a guy on another board who use to claim he could do this and that  dealifting and squatting wise  even took pics of his attempts    his back SUCKED

she does figure  if she wants to improve  she needs to stop fucking with weights like that  esp if she is supposedly natural

her back sucks end of story and until she fixes it she will never go pro  iwouldn;t be suprise dif she place seven worse at the team U  want to place a bet on that tre  i said last time she didn;t get top 15  she was 16th   i was right
