It's a staged video, you idiots. Ferrigno was one of the strongest bodybuilders who ever lived. He competed and placed high in the World's Strongest Man back in the 70's. Steroids may be very effective in building muscle, but they won't make you super strong if you aren't already super strong. Ferrigno at 50 could probably still outlift True Adonis and 99% of the morons on this board.

He is not that strong really. He trains at Golds Venice and doesn`t lift much of anything.
