Have you noticed that most members claim a body fat 10-15% lower than what they really are?

and these are the members that are willing to post pictures. Imagine how fat the others are.

So many put a big emphasis on weighing a lot. You may weigh 230lbs but still look like shit if you're 25% body fat.

I'm 232 in this pic and if were anywhere near 25% I wouldn't be posting this..............

What do you estimate your body fat to be?

Also why post a picture covered up in a t-shirt?.....

I don't know what my BF is, but my abs and intercostals are clear. The pic was taken several months ago before I retore my chest. I don't feel the need to take my shirt off!

nah im not dieting--im lazy and like to eat, dont desire the lean look, and did i mention im lazy and like to eat. I just lift weights cause I like to lift, no real bodybuilding thing, just like moving the weights. I'm 6 feet, 262 pounds. I wear 38 jeans comfortably, a 54 suit, have non lean 18 and a half inch arms and am just what is considered I guess "a big guy". I like power movements only, dont really do any "sculpting" movements at all.

Yeah, I don't know why. But it's not limited to the boards. Just the other day, I opened some creatine by MetRx, and there was this little advertisement pamphlet within it, in which it showed how someone had transformed their body. Anways, they claimed that the guy had %7 bf

, maybe %10 to %11. But that's not all, he had 19 inch arms (more like 17) and some other bullshit.

i am abou 11% i think. and i have posted numerous pics to back it up. most gym goers are over 15 id say so most ppl here should be too.

who gives a shit about how much body fat any one has or not..this shit is lame...body fat,damn who has got the time to even get into these things about measuring body fat or stuff like that...

-3% bodyfat here. In the winter I'll bulk up to around 4%
