Havn't had a digital camera for a while (almost a year) cause my retard friend lost it in Atlantic City, trust me sometimes i want to get a pic and post it just so i can prove myself, you goin to any shows? Thanks, im working hard

Going back to do cardio now. (came home at 6pm from training)
Im 219 now. Im hoping 217 by end of July. Realistically i need to be 200lb to look decent. Even if Im 210, ill still do it for kicks and fun. Long way from the sloppy 240 i was. I'll never let that happen again thats for sure..
