Lee is trying to get Derik to join the PDI so he won't be the shortest one on stage all the time!

Actually, Derik used to post here regularly 6 or 7 years ago when he was competing as an amateur and was very well respected by the members.  He only became a punch line after he decided to compete on IFBB stages. 

They should really stop giving pro cards to lightweights at Nationals... it leads to just this sort of thing.  No pro cards below "Lt. Heavy" should be the rule. If you can't bulk up to at least the light heavyweight class, you really shouldn't be on a pro stage unless we're gonna institute weight classes in the IFBB, and I don't see that happening.
