I never have said 20...I said "Near" 20 when I am at my fattest, but I can admit that some was fat. They are in the high teens.

I did get a PM from a writer at MD asking me if I could elaborate on some things I have said on the forums. I won`t go into details...

yeah..whatever. If that makes you feel better go ahead. FAct is you call everyone else out for pretty much everything but when you get called out it's a different story...high teens makes them almost 20"? So when I was 16 walking around with 16" arms I should have been saying I had almost 20" arms...man if I knew then what I know now. 16 is in the high teens isn't it?

The human body can only progress so much naturally and 245 lbs at 6 foot 4-5 percent bodyfat is a complete impossibility.

The body in no way, shape or form can produce that much testosterone to support that Kind of growth. Nobody has ever gotten there naturally at that size. EVER.

No thats mid teens. High teens is 18-19.

Adonis, when I am wrong I admit it. I just talked to him and he said he is 220 and would probably drop 5 more for a "contest". He weighs in excess of 245 in the winter. My facts were definitely off.

people carry weight different.... the guy danielson is talkin about may well be heavier than arnold.. but he doesnt look bigger.... and that is where genetics come into play.... flex wheeler was like sub 250.. but ue to his build... and yet he dwarved guys who weighed a lot more than him.. case in point his arms dwarved nassers....fux.... etc.... that is genetics.. see flex was a true mes...part ectomorph light bones.. thats why he looked heavier than he weighed.. nasser.. and fux have heavier bones... larger joints...

He's pretty big but there is a muscle maturity issue there. If he lost some bodyfat, he'd still be big, but it's not the dense muscle that pro's sport. But he's a big dude for sure.
