Looks in good shape. His legs are awesome. He sure looks thicker than Adonis and leaner. I think Adonis has back and biceps on him but overall your "friend" beats him.

This shouldn`t be that difficult. I carry a lot more mass on the upper body and have perfectly symmetrical abs when Dieted down.

If you are 178 danielson, then you weigh more than your friend does.

He has no real thickness at all in the upper body.

He really is just lean and thats it.

You are a big guy, TA, I never said otherwise. I was planning on entering until Sarcasm was announced as a judge. And I admit, I couldn't beat you. I was just proving to you that any placing you get is because you complained to Ollie about the cutoff date, there is no way you could beat the Meat.

you know TA, I agree with you to a point, there is no way he is under 200, but I really don't think he dieted down as well as he did in the past.(he bulks up every winter) His older pics were much bigger. I still think he would beat you though. Do your legs even compare?
