I doubt your metabolism is as slow as you think it is. Do this for me, whatever you eat tomorrow, write it down and post it in this thread or your picture thread. I want to get an idea of what you are eating. Include everything.
Ok TA this is what I ate today:
chicken yakisoba with sweet chili sauce and teriyaki sauce
4 string cheese
1 blackberry yogurt
about 10 fish sticks and a serving of baked french fries. Katchup and tartar sauce.
1 11.5oz can of v8 veg juice
Handful of cashews 1oz
1lb tub of 4% cottage cheese
