yup bent over rows are the best, but you gotta make sure your not using to much weight or youll have a whole lot of bouncing and duckin of the head tryin to get teh weight up, keep elbows in tight

i also like to put hte bench one notch up above flat so there is a slight angle, grab some weight i can handle with a smooth rom. lay on bench and do reverse flys kinda like a reverse lying pec dec, keep dumbells from goin all way down so there tension full time and do 3x12, after doing these and bent over rows that knot on my back that connects to rear delt head blows out like crazy, it looks sick as hell

Rows - elbows out (e.g reverse bench press) or elbows by the sides?

I do them elbows out, but open to ideas.

Any kind of lat exercise involving rowing or chins, it's worth trying different elbow positions because this can make a big difference in effect.
