QUESTION FOR RHINO290
« on: July 18, 2006, 02:49:26 PM »
Are you really training Joe Ladnier for a bodybuilding event?  If true could you please tell us a little info on what changes to his training and diet are being made?  I have always respected Joe as a powerlifter and I think it will be interesting to see how he fares in bodybuilding.  He has always been pretty ripped for a powerlifter anyway so it should be interesting to see.  Thanks in advance.

I'm back!! Thanks for the questions. I gave Joe a diet, that was radically different from what he was doing. He won a qualifier, and went on to do quite well in last week's master's nationals. I never take credit for anyone's success, but I'm sure he would concur that my guidance helped get him into top shape. He lloked great, not sure what place, but he sent me pics 2 weeks out, ang he was ready. I changed his training to volume and like I said, radically changed his diet. If you need help, please go thru my website and contact me directly.
