raw not good, raw eggs have compound avidan binds to biotin in body or from other sources and makes it unavailable to ur body to absorb, the amount of grams of protein absorbed is less...

Pasturized eggs are safer to eat raw than normal eggs.

I eat nearly 20 egg whites a day COOKED and eggs you buy at a store.   It's impossible to get sick from them if they're cooked.

Why get them at the store when you can get them in Gallons? Much more economical...and you can drink them as they are, or with a shake...

No they cost a lot more than store bought eggs by my calculations.  I did the math.

I can get the same amount of eggwhites for around $30-60 (depending if they are one sald .50 -$1 a dozen) from that I would have to pay $112 from that website.

drinking them raw is nasty.  How many do you drink raw at a time?

I just blend it into my morning breakfast with raw eggs, millk and raw oatmeal.

The difference is, the eggwhites from eggwhites international will last up to 90 days...are drinkable, are double filtered and have the consistancy of milk...easy to drink.

The one's you buy in the store have a shelf life of 7-9 days...

It's about $2.00/ dozen for a much cleaner protein...it's the difference between a chop sirloin and a fliet mignon.

I put 4-5 eggwhites in the microwave for about 30 seconds, then mix with milk and 1 scoop of whey protein.  Throw in some peanut butter and/or hershey's syrup and blend it.  You won't know they're in there.

There is no taste to these egg whites...you can drink them as is...and there is no taste. Mix in anything and it will pick up the taste...

The key is...you get 100% of the available protein when drinking them...you lose some during the cooking process and thru digestion, of course.
