Isnt glutamine powder a waste of money if you are already taking a good protein powder which already contains glutamine?
That's what I'm always thinking. It's just an amino acid, and my protein powder is loaded with glutamine. Then there's all the amino acids in bodybuilding foods like cottage cheese...ect. I tried it - noticed nothing - conclusion: waste of money, considering I can get glutamine enriched whey for about the same price.
