Which is worse on the body? Obviously someone doing both is going to be worse, but that's not my question.

1. Steroids or Alcohol
2. Steroids or Smoking
3. Steroids or (Diet of Junkfood & Fastfood)

If you cycle Alcohol, Smoking, and Junkfood as you do steriods, I would say steriods

If you cycle (eating, drinking, or smoking once or twice a week) for 3 months and off 3 months of junk food alchohol or smoking wont be as bad as doing the same with steriods. Just my opinion

But I'm guessing here. Heavy steroid cycles and you're going to be fucking yourself up pretty good. vs. Heavy Binge drinking or heavy smoking or heavy Junk food diets are also going to really be fucking you up. Any of these in excess could easily put you in an early grave. Now Moderate Steroids use, vs Moderate Drinking. I'm guessing not a lot of difference here, maybe a little worse off with the steroid use. Moderate Steroid use vs moderate Smoking, I'm going to go with the smoking will fuck you up more. Moderate Steroid Use vs Moderate junk food, Probably the steriods have a better chance at doing harm than the junk food. I don't know shit from experience so these are guesses based on reading, listening etc etc...

I have heard that you can quit smoking and drinking and really decrease your chance of illness. Maybe the same is true of steroids?

getting diabetes or getting heart problems?
getting yellow teeth and bad breath or losing your hair and having bleeding bacne?
getting fat and short of breath or getting bloated and short of breath?

The above choices are all equally bad and stupid.

Steroids were made for good. Taken in the reccomended dosages they are fine. But bodybuilders have less then average intelligence and so they must take mega dosages and that is when they are dangerous. They bring on the danger themselves and should take full responsibility.

having a drink a day is considered healthy.
low dosages of steroids shouldnt do any damage.
smoking will do damage even if it's not a big amount per day.

higher dosages:

drinking several drinks a day might not be good for your body, but you gonna get drunk and be happier, and that is good for your body and your health + you might enhance your changes of getting laid. which is a good thing, unless you get aids, then it's a bad thing, and if so, then drinking is the worst.

steroids, is still debatable if even high dosages are dangerous. however, you could end up buying some fake shit, or get used to needles and start injecting all kinds of drugs. or end up posting your photo on the getbig and getting ridiculed for looking small even when you're on your 10th cycle.

smoking a big amount of cigarettes gonna f**k you up bigtime.

so conclusion:

smoking is the worst.

How are they related?
