according to true adonis coleman was never 287lbs and 296lbs onstage for the olympia 2003 and 2004...
adonis says he was never gone beyond 260lbs onstage..is this true or not...

I spoke with Cris Aceto bout this (when he was training my friend for a national show here in my town.) Although he's not Ronnies Trainer, he WAS there at the weigh in, and that 296 was FALSE. In 04' they said he weighed that but he was somewhere in the 286-288 mark. He probably was 296 before diuretics and shit, but i gurarantee that the numbers were FALSE that year.

dude it was all over the magazines and this was also covered on some news channel that coleman was a massive 287lbs..and 296lbs..colemans weigh inns r all true...

coleman himself said in his DVD 'ON THE ROAD' that he was 296lbs but since due to the new mandate he had reduce to 280lbs...also when he gave an interview on pro bodybuilding weekly that he has competed in the 290lbs bracket..last but not the least coleman also told on flex online he was a bit heavy at 296lbs and had to reduce 15lbs..and again when i read an interview on bodybuilding.com,he stated he was not sharp at 296lbs and will go back to his 287lbs shape that he displayed at the olympia 2003...NUFF SAID

There's always been speculation about how much these guys really weigh. I tend to believe that the bigger guys don't lie about their weight. In Cutler's last video he steps on the scale the day before the Olympia and he weighed 266 lbs. I think it's easy to believe Ronnie weighs what he claims since he is clearly much bigger than Jay. It's also possible that the weights claimed are what they weigh at the night show. A lot of these guys gain quite a few pounds between prejudging and the night show. Now, do the lighter guys lie about their weight? Mr. Jackson, would you like to step on the scale?
