Somebody I know said he talked to Jay at the 2005 ASC and said:

If the second best football player went to an expo he would be escorted there in a limo.

The second best bodybuilder takes a taxi. Maybe even the city bus.

Just got back from the seminar. It was an hour long and Jay was very open about things. He talked about the use of diuretics after being asked, he also discussed a lot about his nutrition and training. He does not eat 10 meals a day, he eats 7 he says. He talked about playing fullback in high school and being a college student and trying to bodybuild at the same time. He was cracking jokes saying the rest of his family is really fat and out of shape.

I think Jay meant it as no one else in his family works out. Anyway, my digital camera was broken due to a drunken accident about 2 weeks ago, so I bought a disposable. I'll have some pics up soon.

keith's just sent me the pics for resizing, hes the guy on Jays left.

In my opinion hes holding his own there with one of the sports mass monsters.
