lately my stomach has been feeling really empty like an hour to an hour and a half after i eat, i'm not pooping any more often but it just seems like the food is being used a lot more quickly, i only go to the bathroom once in the morning, i usually eat 9 egg white with 2 yolks, oatmeal and fruit for meal 1, whey and creatine with grape juice after training, 12 oz. chicken and rice 1 hr. after that, usually 12oz. of steak or ground beef and pasta after that and chicken and a bagel at bedtime, what's going on?
