Olympic lifters don't intentionally train to failure and train using a lot of singles.  They train for how they compete and they don't compete for multiple reps.  They also tend to train with a much greater frequency than bodybuilders thus their intensity of effort must be a touch lower to allow for said frequency.

You rekon? He is one sick guy, no doubting that, but i don't think he is natural. I thought all olympic atheletes would do what it takes to be the best and try not to get caught.

Did Bob  Cicherillo, "trainer of gold medalists" tell you that? These are pro athletes who are trained by professional trainers. And were not talking about the guys down at Gold's Venice.
