A three year old could give solid nutritionists a run for there money. In fact nutritionists are Drug Gurus not nutritionists, look at Ronster 8 time MrO i think by now he knows what to eat.
Well said
Seriously ... what would a true "nutritionist" do?
"Ehmm, well Markus, you've been eating 8oz of chicken & 2 cups of rice every 2.5 hours, BUT if you really want to pack on some muscle, I'd recommend eating 7oz of chicken & 13/4 cups of rice every 2 HOURS!
NOW YOU KNOW WHY THEY CALL ME TRAINER OF CHAMPIONS!
By the way ... that'll be 150 dollars ...
... and if you REALLY want to mix things up, try throwing in 1-2 servings of broccoli spears.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Just another f*cking front, transparent as ever, to minimize the importance of steroids.
Funny how no other athlete on the planet involved in any real sport obsesses about nutrition as much as professional bodybuilders pretend to. If an athlete consumes reasonable portions that consist of a variety of food-groups, said athlete will naturally be hungry within 2-3 hours after said meal.
Its really simple, just make reasonable choices (lean meats, whole grains, fruits/vegetables, opt. milk, a spectrum of fats - predominantly mono/poly-unsaturated) and maintain some diversity (don't eat the same goddamn thing every meal).
That said, I do respect Chris Aceto's nutrition articles, although I DO think in the majority of instances they are merely "gilding the lily".
