as someone already said.... NEED A BACK BUTTON, black and white makes it look unfinished....

for a site like this to be of any use it has to be easier to use than a paper and pencil journal.....

i got confused within the first 90 seconds....

well most people will have to use a paper and pencil to track it while they are working out due to the fact that they dont have a computer in the gym..except for me

We have made it so you can print your routines and take that piece of paper into the gym with you...then when you get home..take the 2min and log it...it isnt too hard I dont think...have any other suggestions? Thanks for checkin it out!

then do it right, start exchanging links with other bodybuilding sites, this will help get you into search engines like Google, get listed in directories like DMOZ, if you have any money use PPC, i.e. Google Adwords.

put your website in your sig like I do here, not all boards allow this though.
