Kara is a very strong woman but I don't think she can stricty overhead press 200 lbs for reps?  Perhaps she can as she was an Olympic lifter prior to being a powerlifter.

As to the other off-color comments she is a very nice woman and you guys should be ashamed to speak about someone like that.

UPDATE: the figure - as stated by Kara - is infact 70kg/165lbs, still very respectable, and one has to wonder how much she is capable of with some degree of leg drive?

Hell that is an old picture!!! I've actually cut 20 pounds since then working on going 308. I'm LOL, down to 396 :) This is a pic of me and my wife from this past weekend at a Local Fest here in town. I'm under 400 here, but I was close to 420!!!

No I've given up, it has been close numerous times but I always seems to fuck up somewhere!!!
