Mike was a great bodybuilder. Though, he no longer competes, but anybody who've met Mike knows that one of his best body parts and probably the best I have ever seen was His Calves. He didn't have to spend too much time on a calf machine.

I saw him back in 2001 at the Arnold, and he was flexing his calves as I was passing by through the Crowd, I was like, godamn, this is sick

I have met a handful of pro bb's over the last 10 or so years...the two freakiest things I have ever seen were Matarazzo's calves and Haney's back...What gave Mikes calves that"Holy Shit" look was the fact that from the side, they seemed to protrude 8-10" out past his glutes...It was unbelievable...As far as anyone doubting how big Haney was in his prime...I sat directly behind him at the NOC...I forget what year it was...All I remember thinking to myself was that I don't think I could have stretched out my arms and got them around his back...that's how wide it was!

Both of those guys had an awesome effect in person. I met Matarazzo (very cool guy) in 1995 in San Antonio. He walked in the room in a sweatshirt and a pair of baggy shorts, and EVERYONE was like "Holy shit those calves are just friggin' crazy"

yeah man mike had a blast posin for the audiance,he aways gave you your moneys worth when he guest posed,hed be in the audiance havin fun with everyone and i really thought that was cool of him to give alittle extra

Overall, Mike's calves were right up there, although his outer calves weren't on par with his inner calves (this is just a nitpick) ala Nasser. Dorian had better calves than Mike and I personally think that Alex Federov has the best, most complete calf development to-date, along with hamstring and quad development (when he is in condition).

I think Dickerson was the only guy to have bigger calfs than arms!
Also I once saw a pic of Arnold that had something to do with the movie TWINS
He was in a crosswalk and was fully clothed except for his lower legs...his calfs looked sick.

ive seen both federov and yates calves up close and they look almost identical,i honestly cant say whos were better cause both guys calves were insanely huge

Wrong. From the front, they had the same SWEEP (almost) - that's not the same as them having the same overall circumference i.e. size.
