in 5 weeks or so, it's the canadian nationals again !

Now, after being screwed last year for the second pro card, this dude is gonna win the show hand down !

Here he is at last year nationals with the 2 other who got their pro cards

that was last year, he is much bigger now.
I think he went up to 290 lbs this year in the off season, he will win for sure

Fouad is one of the few canadians that could make an impact in the pro rank

Hoss has a lot of improvements to make if he wishes do become pro. He has a small back, needs bigger arms(especially non existant triceps), needs to improve hams and quads a calves. Needs to bring out chest more and etch in deeper abs. Other than that he is looking pretty good.

You can't be Mr Canada and not get a pro card.
Overall winner automatically gets a pro card.
Then next highest.

He is no Mr. Canada.

He won the super heavies, but not overalls.
He might have been ripped off last year.
Hopefully he does better this year.

Fouad was thinking of joining the PDI this year; but seems like he will stick to the IFBB. He is working with Chad and has made great improvements since. I think If he didn’t get his pro card this time he will definitely head to the PDI

Fouad seems to doing well for himself.
His podcast built up a large fan-base, his supplement line seems to be thriving.
Even though he is Lebanese, he's a non-practicing/non-religious muzzie, also a good thing.
(Does being agnostic only apply to Christianity or across all religions)? I know nothing about the fake cults of peace out there, so im unsure.

After his last tricep-tear, he's look decent these days under Meadows watchful eye.
Going to be competing in 1st show since, soon.
