hurt my elbow so havent been able to lift heavy,now im ok so going to get as big as i can and compete again next year,im 5'9 227 to230 depending on what i eat,that pic was taken 2 months ago ,little bigger now.thanks for the comments

From the pic, it looks like you've wrapped/tied something around your arms, kinda like the Ultimate Warrior. And that huge hole on your arm looks alot like a site injection. Post some pics with the lights on.

yea that hole in my shoulder was from winny got an infection couple years ago,and no i dont have anything around my arms ,thanks for comments good or bad,like i said been a guessed for awhile had to sign up u guys crack me up with the stuff u say, ,and yea just got back on the gear ,i have nothing to hide
