I'll try to word this so it doesnt sound too novice -
I've done ECA, a litle juice here and there, pre-contest diets - low carbing
I'm a lean, naturally ripped guy. Everywhere but my sides and lower abs.
I know - last to go, first to come back.
By the time I burned that off for a contest I had to go Bantam.....
I know there's no spot reduction.
How are guys like Lee Priest, getting all fat bellied and skin stretched in the off season and then so sharp?
Is it all drugs or some lipo added in?
Whatever the proceedure is, somebody clue me in, I've never been able to get a real answer -
Seems everytime I bulk up the gut I add sticks.
