That's one of the first bodybuilding photos I've ever seen. I remember searching for hours through hundreds of bodybuilding photos on the bodybuilding.com photo galleries. That's when I was officially hooked. That's when I knew what I was going to do with my life.

for all the so-called fans of bodybuilding have such a boner for the aesthetic physiques, if everyone on stage looked like Ahmad Haidar the sport would be boring as hell

without the mass monsters our sport would be dead. we should be very thankful that guys like Ruhl are willing to take their physiques to such an extreme, often simply for the us, the real fans.
