Jay has the better physique as a whole, but his only problem is getting his back development even close to Ronnies. He hammers Ronnie in alot of poses - ab and thigh, side triceps - but Ronnie also soundly beats him in some aswell. Should Jay come in as conditioned as 2001 with his ercent back development then he could take it all. I dont think the Weiders will let Ronnie lose but if he deserves to win the contest on the day then he cant do any more

The IFBB sucks. There always has to be a better Mr Olympia than the ones before and they try to 'proof' this by giving him more trophys than the ones before.
It gets really hard, the guy after Jay will have to be Mr Olympia for 25 years to be the best. Ridiculous. That's what you get from a 'company' run by sick old greedy homos.

lol...I understand your point, but I remember somebody said that Joe weider is looking for a MR OLYMPIA who has the personality, charisma, class that a Mr Olympia should have. and if they (the weider boys) like him, he'll get the sandow every fcuking year. I personally believe for a long time that the Olympia was a game of favoritism by the powers that be.

jay cant really figure out what to do. he cant come in bigger than coleman. jay can mostly beat anyone with his combo of size and conditioning, but ronnie is bigger and in better shape with a better back. if he goes for conditinoing, then ronnie will just out-mass him. if he goes for size like last year, he looks like shit.

if ruhl, can improve his hamstrings, tri's, and dry out his back a bit, he would beat everyone.

no he wouldnt, far from it. Hes never going to be top 3 at the Olympia, his best is long gone. Ive always said, and i stand by my statements, that Richard Jones at 225 or Melvin Anthony in top condition would be unbeatable.
