Read Arnold's encyclopedia of bodybuilding. He has many forearm and wrist exercises. Try a few on off days. Muscles that don't get hit during the normal 4 split are screaming. I just call it scrambled eggs day. Abbs, forearms and wrists, maby some extra calf raises, all the major groups were already fried from the previous week. That's when wrist curls, forearm raises, bell ringers and allot of obscure exercises for advanced lifters. But my point, when all else is equal the better forearms and wrists could be the deciding factor.
