As for uploading a vhs, I wouldn't have the foggiest clue of how to do that. trust me, he doesn't actually do anything - he's jsut there doing cardio all covered up

K-Lo was ridiculous! His skin was so transparent you could see it moving over the msucle and striations were everywhere. Paul was freaky. Melvin looked like a teenager. Fux looked preggers. Shawn talked non-stop thorugh his entire segment. Very well spoken - stumbled but once

BFTO '96 is easily the best BFTO of them all for several reasons
1) Star power
2) Shawn Ray's hugggeee rant...he actually comes off sounding intelligent until they focus on his face and you see his missing tooth that dillett knocked out
