Kamali, without a doubt, as far as hated.  He's actually a nice guy if you meet him, but that whole threatening to sue 240 thing really made him look bad.

Retired: Arnold (as a bb'er not governor)
Active: Vince Goodrum (his knowledge in BB'ing and Nutrition and JUICE)

Women:
ALL FITNESS FIGURES ARE LOVED and fantasized too LOL!
