lol I was hamming it up a bit.  They're closer to 6 than 5.5.  "Brutal 5.5" had such a good ring to it though. Everyone knows I am not a threat to the mr getbig, but if I am able to show improvement from those old trailer pics, I'm happy.

idont know what it is, you are a iteligent guy i think. you know a lot about food, you probably eat more then me but i can see noticable imroements on my self. I always push my limits in the gym. If i see that i cant up the weights i just take some extra rest and come back stronger.

So maybe you need to train harder? according to that pic i think you didnt improve the last 6 months from the last pics. i think you even lost some size? or maybe its te pic angle.

And dont say you re are a hardgainer or its the genetics. Before lifting i was skinny with 56 kg. Now im 86 kg. And forget about roids its no good for ya right now, you need some more solid muscle to begin with. I dont see whats the point of drugs, because when you stop using you loose all that muscle right? i dont want to look god 3 months a year and then loose all that muscle. steroids only work if you use it from now and all life long.  Natural i keep all my muscle even if i dont eat good. sometimes i eat only 2 meals. but still i keep the muscle.
So doing one cycle is pointless if you re gonna losse it anyway fast.
