This guy looks like he weighs around 200 lb. He can incline 450 lb for reps, bench 495 for reps, preacher curl 160 lb, and do flat flyes with a pair of 135 lb dumbbells. Totally insane.

The only thing I'm not sure about are the type of plates he's using. If those are regular 45 lb plates, he has the most impressive bench press I've ever seen.

Because people think that I am crazy for saying that Ogawa is natural and eat 3 meals only and WAY STRONGER AND BIGGER THAN YAMAMOTO. So this time I say Yamamoto is on gear.and its true.

There are a lot of good bench pressers in Japan. I see guys in my gym benching 405 plus every day. Big mofos with even bigger stomachs... look like shit if you ask me.

Unfortunately not many have the structure to become good bodybuilders..

Telling the truth,I have never seen him with that much of BNP. because I am in Barcelona and he is in Japan and we havent seen each other about 4 yrs.
But, we are real close friend and we talk on the phone sometime.And he has never lied to me and even if he lied,there is no point. And he want to come to Barcelona in near future soo. I am looking forward to seeing that BNP.
And my teacher of BBing,Shigeru Sugita(Mr.U) also told me that he saw Ogawas lifting and it was unreal.

Impressive, especially the way he did them under control with no cheats. The only question is the weight of those plates, which might bring the weight down a little, but not much.
