Its not real hard to do that if you're sacrificing form. But ever since I stopped doing that my knees have been feeling a lot better and I replaced the leg presses with deep squats.
500kg is not that much.I can do it too. And I can squat only 200kg 10 reps.Yeah I am strong. But I know many many can do that.Ronnie and Markus can do 1ton around.
i can leg press around 700 kg for 40 reps, but i only squat 300 for 12

I wasn't impressed, it was sarcasm, the guy is doing 2 inch reps. Its called bad form range of motion. If you didn't notice that, then I can imagine how deep you go on those "squats".
Ohhhh sorry! I didint see youtube yet.Since I am bber and not power lifter. I go as deep as my ham touching my calf. And even my partner worry about my knee.(Both squat and press. Especialy squat)
