yes i have been told i diet to hard for a guest pose who even look better than i do on stage. perhaps that is the truth, but the real truth is like one the guys here posted already, these guest appearances pay us out bread and butter, besides a supplement contract and marketing ourselves with pictures, dvd's and doing photo shoots, guest appearances is what buts food in our mouths!! most guest appearnaces have your airfare, accommodation, meals and money on top as well. now when you think about that, don't you think the least you can do is turn up in very good condition. for eg, when us pros compete on the circuit, besides the top 5 guys or the guys who have awsome sponsors like muscletech, we defend for ourselves all the way. we pay for our airfare, accommodation, food and the cost of getting ready for the show out of our own pocket. now when flying all the way form australia, you can imagine the costs of this. now with a guest pose like this one in japan where i still am. these people are very good friends of mine, they had me here for the same show last and paid all my travel, food and a guest appearance fee which is more than 90% of guys would get from a promoter.
