It seems like yesterday I was trying to figure out my current cycle..

Thanks to all that helped

So far I am up 24lbs and still have 8 weeks to go.....

Never thought I could love anything more than running my car down the track!!

I started June 5th at 190lbs

I am between 214-216 right now

I'd guess my BF is at 11 to 11.5

I am 5'11"

The only place I myself see the bloat is in my face.

Chest, Arms, Legs all look full and tight.

I wanted to do a progression week by week, but didn't have the time..

I might post some before and after pics after I am done.

Amazing? Na most of that was weeks 1-6 it has been only a 2-4 lbs the last 2 weeks

considering some people have a hard time gaining 10pds a year- id say thats pretty damn impressive especially if your as hard as you say you are- were you just on sust? or what else have you been taking?

Dbol for 6 weeks (50mg)

First 4 weeks 600mg Sust
300mg Deca

5th week upped the Sust to 1000mg and Deca to 400mg

what kind of strength gains have you made- I remember gaining 18 pds pretty quick once but yet I was not really that much stronger.
