I was at the gym today and saw a personal trainers "diet checklist" for his clients, and mind you this is a top trainer and it said limit fat intake to 300 grams a day....I asked why the hell such a high limit on that limit...He said when he talks to his clients and adds up the fast food and the way they cook (adding butter, making dishes with creams, sugar..) that most go over the 300 mark easy  :o never thought it was that bad. Mind you this is daily he asks them for a sheet or talks them them gradually overtime and finds out their daily eating habits.
