it doesn't have any creatine it helps release it and yes you should take creatine.

Muscle Milk is garbage. Only reason it sells well is cuz it tastes good. Well 18 grams of fat, of which 8 are saturated, shit had better taste good!  Might as well eat ICE CREAM, you'll only get 11 grams of fat in that and it tastes much better IMO. Another thing bout Muscle Milk, it states that it helps you burn fat, definitely not the case! MCT's in the absence of carbs i.e LOW CARB diet will work. But if you combine carbs and fats in the same meal, your body will preferably burn the carbs for fuel, and store the FAT as FAT.

Parillo is real high on MCT's because the body uses it for energy (regardless of carbs).  Do you have any studies to support your claim?  Not trying to be a smartass.  I am very curious as it's been years since reading Parillo's stuff.   Regardless, the saturated fat -coming from MCT's is not like saturated fat coming from animals and should not be of "cholesterol concern".

no real proof but from experience i gained 6 pound of fat in one month on muscle milk with no diet change so i went back to my old protein and am never buying muscle milk again cytosport makes several other awesome products such as cytogainer, and fast twitch that i still use and probably will for as long as they sell it

I like it but never use a full serving let alone 3 times a day like they recomend.  I mix one scoop with one scoop of my regular protein and fing that this works really well for me.
